From the moment we were first introduced to Michael and Lana Boguslavskaya of Caballeros Vacations by friends planning a 70th birthday trip, we have been nothing but impressed with their outstanding combination of travel experience, professionalism and unparalleled customer service.

My wife and I had an incredible experience last week with good friends at the Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Majeres. We experienced a fun and stress free 5-nights at this amazing all-inclusive resort, largely in part to the time and attention to detail Michael took before and during our stay. As a result of his efforts we found it easy to relax almost immediately and not think about anything - except maybe what our next cocktail was going to be or what restaurant to eat at.

Michael made himself available at all hours prior to, and during our stay to address any questions or concerns that we had. One of many examples of his service was guiding us on how to “specifically” navigate the airport upon arrival in Mexico to avoid potentially costly delays and scams. As we moved quickly through the airport to the direct shuttle Michael arranged for us, we passed many unknowing travelers falling into some of those pitfalls he had educated us about.

Truthfully, prior to working with Caballeros Vacations my wife and I traveled primarily through Costco Travel. Not only was Michael’s pricing extremely competitive but the service we received was untouched by not only Costco Travel but any travel service we had used previously.

I recently worked with Michael for a trip to Cabo, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. From the very beginning, the entire process was incredibly smooth and well-organized. He made sure we had every document we needed, handled all the bookings with care, and there were zero complications throughout the trip. Everything was done in a timely manner, which made it stress-free on our end.

He was not only professional, but also extremely personable and helpful throughout the entire experience. Toward the end of our stay, we decided last-minute that we wanted to try and extend the trip—a total curveball—but he didn’t miss a beat. He quickly looked into alternative flight options, checked availability at other resorts since ours was fully booked, and came back to us with all the details: pricing, timetables, and suggestions. Even though it turned out not to be the best option budget-wise, he was honest, transparent, and still willing to help us make it happen if we chose to go for it.

What really stood out were the personal touches—he followed up with us after we returned, and even let us know we made the right call not extending since a tropical storm ended up rolling through. It’s that kind of thoughtfulness and attention that makes a difference.

Overall, it was an easy and enjoyable experience planning this trip with him, and I’ll definitely be using his services again for future travel....

My husband and I went to Mexico for our honeymoon. I found Caballeros Vacations name thru a travel to Mexico facebook group. Messaged him on a whim, and We are SO glad we used Michael and his company to plan our honeymoon. He was very quick to communicate from the very first message and all during our trip. I had reached out to a couple local travel agents for their expertise before I found Michael’s info. We haven’t been in away in forever and really were so overwhelmed on where to go. I explained to Michael what we were looking for and our budget. He gave us choices based on our wants/needs, stayed well within our budget and my favorite part- he gave a great description on why he liked each place based on personal experience. That was such a great touch, the local travel agents I originally spoke too gave us recommendations but no reasons why and above budget.
