don't order from the Pizza Hut on 11102 Sutphin Boulevard Jamaica Avenue ZIP code 11435. I ordered pizza from this location I ordered a big dinner box that was supposed to come with two pizzas wings and cheese sticks. My cheese sticks was missing.. my barbecue wings were basically Fried Chicken. I paid additional money for cheese sticks instead of breadsticks. upon receiving my order I realized that the cheese sticks were missing. I called back the location. they basically hung up on me and told me they won't order to my address again. They basically stole extra money from me because I paid for every item. Upon calling to file a complaint it was nearly impossible to get a representative on the line by my 10th attempt I finally got a person on the line. I told the representative that I was calling off my business line which was a recorded line. That representative then said she doesn't want to be recorded and hung up on me. I called back and finally got another person on the line that was willing to take my complaint number. I explained to her that the representative was very rude and they basically took my money and didn't give me my items. They told me that I can call corporate all I want nothing would happen their jobs are safe. Still I don't have all the items after paying nearly $40 in cash. the representative on the phone gave me a complaint number and tell her to take 3 to 4 business days I feel so ripped off because they now have my money and I don't have what I ordered. I'm beyond disgusted with the situation and I will not stop until I speak to someone that can rectify the situation. I'm also going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and then he has an entity that is willing to hear me I have all three conversations on a recorded line. The way I was treated is beyond disgusting especially being a consumer. if you can avoid this location please avoid this location by any means. people work very hard for their money. To spend $40 on take out and to be treated with such disrespect is never acceptable. when you call corporate don't get discouraged because no one will probably pick up the phone right away. Keep trying. If this situation is not rectified I will definitely file a complaint with my credit card company. if they would have came back I would have gave them this whole order back and ask for a refund...
Read moreI have been ordering from here about once a month for the last 2 years without any issues. I placed an order on the Pizza Hut mobile app around 7:30 tonight (as I always do) and noticed it took longer than usual to get the text alert for delivery. When I checked the app (which is usually accurate) it said my order would be delivered around 8:06pm. At 8:30 I contacted the store because I noticed the order said it was still being prepared. The male employee i spoke to said they had the order ready, but it was awaiting a dasher to pick it up and it would be on its was “in a few”. I told him it was strange because it never takes this long. He said the order can take an hour or TWO to arrive. I thought this sounded ridiculous, but i just told him okay. Around 9:20 I contacted the restaurant to inquire again and the employee said it’s waiting for pick up and I would have to wait another 10 minutes before the order is picked up. At this point I had to tell them it’s been about 2 hours since I placed the order and he repeated “2 hours since you placed the order” sarcastically. When I asked how can I cancel the order he said “I don’t know, go on the app”. After 2 hours of waiting for food I had to go on the app to find an agent to chat with in order to get a refund. They took the store info and said they would escalate it to corporate. I hope they do! I attached one of the screens shots of my order showing the estimated delivery time along with the time on the top left of my phone. It’s now 10:50 and my order still says...
Read moreSuch a disappointing first (and last) experience. Paid for a delivery service and ended up having to go in person to rectify a simple error that developed unnecessarily. Spoke with 7 unhelpful telephone operators who insisted on placing me on lengthy holds and/or redirecting the call without fully understanding the issue I was having. Also, the delivery guy could've taken an additional minute or two to correct things before it got out of control after I'd pointed out the inconsistency to him. The sole person in this situation that did the actual job they're paid to do was the shift/location manager. She offered a quick and fair remedy to the chaotic transaction...and tried her very best to smooth it all over while at it. I was (and still am) appreciative of her efforts BUT after such a problematic first transaction, I'm not encouraged to ever spend with Pizza Hut. Dominoes offers me seamless transactions, cheaper products and superior service. I'm not in the business of shopping for headaches; I truly hope some effort is placed into improving the overall service experience- given what customers are...
