Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New York

I ordered food for myself and family. I received the food 45 mins later. Strike one, the delivery person did not verify my card info or ask for id. Anyone could have came out of the apartment building and took the food. One of the pizzas I got was under cooked. I got on the phone and informed them that the order was wrong and under cook. The person on the phone said " what makes you think it's under cooked"? Then we got into a debate about the difference between raw and under cooked. The pizza was supposed to be a bacon stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, instead I received an under cooked bacon stuffed crust plain pizza. The person tried to tell me that the pizza is supposed to look soft, but the bacon was clearly still pinkish and the doe on the inside of the stuff crust was white and gummy. After going back and forth for 10 minutes someone decided to give me what I wanted which was to take back the nasty undercooked pizza for the one I wanted. An hour later I called , and someone said "oh the driver left already he should be there in 10 mins." I live on the first floor so I was looking out the window and was waiting buy the phone. The driver pulled up to the building next to mine, stopped and waited. I thought he was looking for my number so I waited for 1 min then went outside by the time I got outside the car was gone and at the light. The time was a 10:50 they close at 11:00. I called immediately and the phone just kept ringing. I then called the driver and he just let the phone ring, I even left a message, I was very polite. I never got a call back and it's now 11:34. I'm glad I checked the quality of the pizza. They need a new staff and new management because they clearly have a problem and looking at these reviews they need it asap. This review does not deserve one star I wish there was a negative...

It must've been hectic in there tonight. As I was waiting & apparently 1 driver delivered a pizza upside down.... I've ordered from here before & it was decent. Currently eating an order I just picked up and was unpleasantly displeased. I usually get stuffed crust but today wanted a thin crust, however I dang near choked on both pizzas & the brownie (BTW, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie... got a brownie instead)....... everything was dry, pizza barely had sauce.... literally pulled the pizza apart to find sauce & barely saw or tasted the BBQ sauce. I'm actually upset with myself for not baking these things myself as I'm a chef & pastry artist myself.... just wanted a break,tbh. If I could get a refund back, I'd ask for one. So disappointed, I'm sadly a fan of bbq sauce & to taste none was upsetting, the pizza with Alfredo sauce was dry..... even the brownie. Never have I ever ran for water so fast, tbh. I understand thin crust means less ingredients but come on...I just paid 30 bucks for crackers, cheese, & meat...... that's an expensive lunchable. I will say that the ingredients were fresh, they don't do square cut even when you ask, flavors are good...... just sucked about the lack of sauce on my order in addition to receiving the...

I give it two stars because actually the ordering process itself was actually fast but then after I found out that they really didn't hardly have what they had on their own menu when it came to the chicken wings you know that was a disappointment and then a top of that I had ordered extra pepperoni extra pineapple twice and then one ended up not looking at the pizza because I believed they would get it right when I got home found out it was only a cheese pie so that was a disappointed to get not what I wanted and the top of that I had to pay for it and then trying to communicate with them on the telephone was just a lost cause and it was not worth the problem so in the end I just learned my lesson not to go back to that restaurant I tried to communicate over the phone and I got nowhere and it is a little difficult for me since I'm visually impaired and it's a little hard to travel it was not worth going down and arguing more over the same thing I had argued on the phone and got nowhere so unfortunately it's just one of those things I've learned my lesson don't order from that location I guess hey that's partly why a lot of the restaurants are closing and the company itself is going bankrupt maybe there's...
