Snack station — Restaurant in New York

Poor customer service and unprofessional. I came in the store and there were two ladies in the back conversing and it took them at least 3 minutes to come to the front and notice a customer came inside the store. One of the ladies does not speak English, which I'm not bothered by. The issue I had was the lady at the cash register changing the price of the smoothie I ordered. She upcharge me and then proceeded to tell me that "prices are subject to change". Why have a sign that says different prices if you're going to change the price of the items in the store? The lady made me a small pineapple, mango, and papaya smoothie. I told her do not add any evaporated milk as she was about to. I asked her to use water as the base and don't add any sugar (as she was about to). So why am I getting upcharged? I simply paid the amount she asked for and noted that they lost a customer for their poor service. This has been by far the best restaurant around the community from the phenomenal customer service and top quality food I am pleased every time I come for a platter , smoothie and even a slice of pizza . There is not a day that past by I don’t come in to get amazing always fresh delicious food !! The staff is beyond professional, very attentive and friendly to every customer that come in to order. I come here often since it’s the only Spanish restaurant around me but constantly they are messing up my orders, the women are highly disrespectful since they always talking in spanish and since I don’t speak Spanish I don’t feel comfortable having them take my order while having their own conversations. I have to constantly do extra just to get their attention and they keep raising the prices when the food portions is insanely small.
