I’ve ordered here many times before and suddenly there’s a new policy where they have to have the driver check your credit card and ID for a delivery. (Which is completely fake I called the corporate office and 2 other locations on the island and they said that’s only for pickup not delivery) I called again to speak to the manger the dude who canceled my order lied and said he was the manager. I told him distinctly what the other locations plus corporate said and he got very rude and started contracting himself. Moral of the story is don’t hand your ID and credit card out to the drivers because they just want your information. This is the worst place we have ever eaten in! The food was disgusting and old and nasty. We were a big group so we ordered alot. The beef in the burrito and quesadilla was old, cold, texture was weird nd just tasted disgusting. The salad had like slimey tomatoes that looked either going bad or was frost bitten. The beef patties was dripping with oil. The wings with the bone were soooo dry and no meat on it. We ordered $70 worth of food and asked for some water cups for the kids and the cashier/manager were like giving us attitude about it. Been ordering from here for the past 5 years or so. They've gotten worse with each year. You would think I'd learn my lesson, but no..... last month we ordered, the website wasnt working, so I called it in. Food came cold, we live less than 3 blocks away. Tonight, I tried to order online, and again, it didn't work. So, I call it in, I say that the last time the food was cold, hoping they'd send it hot.... I was wrong.
