Everything about this location was terrible.
They were not busy / noone inside but me
The employees barely spoke English or pretended not to, was extremely hard to communicate with them
They were missing chocolate and wild berry beignets and instead of saying anything they told me everything I ordered was in the bag , when I checked and asked about the missing items they finally said they didn’t have them…why didn’t you just say that instead of trying to lie?
The spicy and buffalo ranch chicken sandwiches, you can see from the picture they just put two chicken tenders on and tried to pass it off as as how the sandwiches should be…I’ve been at many Popeyes locations and had dozens of their sandwiches, not a single other location was anything like this!
My 10 pc was missing multiple pieces and was dry and old
As I said everything about this location was terrible and will never go back here, go to another location until they go out of business or whoever owns it makes changes in employees and training/practices to be in line with the experience you should be able to rely on at a chain restaurant, that’s the point!

I had ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles but it still had pickles in them, I understand that mistakes can happen so I took the burger to the lady I gave my order to at the register and told her that I did not want pickles and she says "You can just take them out". I then told her that I had ordered it with no pickles and that once you put pickles on it the taste remains even if you take them out. She made an exasperated face and took the sandwich. 2 min later she gives me another sandwich and I just took one bite, it had the taste of pickles all over it, she gave me the same burger. This is highly disrespectful and inappropriate behavior towards a coustomer. I paid for it and i had said clearly no pickles. The owner and manager should train their emplyies correctly.
