For the most part everything is really positive in my experience here. I almost exclusively go thru the drive thru when I go, so I can't comment too much on the indoor service or accommodations. What I can say is in maybe 20 times going through the drive-thru here, they have never once got my order wrong or was there anything missing. That's saying a lot for a fast food place, considering I can almost count on something being wrong in my order or missing in most of the other Big Brand fast food places. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because first off their design of the drive-thru is terrible. I realize that they had limited space to create one, which is what led to a circular type drive-thru. And I guess it has its positives and negatives, that being someone can't pull in in order food and then just take off if they're not happy about something, which is a positive for the business. However on the flip side leading to my second issue with the drive thru, it's the same thing the fact that the drive-thru is circular. Once you get in that line, you are in it until you make it to the window. There is no way if you decide you simply don't want to order there, or if it's just taking extremely long to just pull out and leave. I'm not someone that would ever order food and then take off myself. And the last brief point is that at times it can take ridiculously long in the Drive-Thru. They seemingly wait on a regular basis for the person at the window to fully complete the order hand it off to the person waiting at the window and then to leave, before they take the next person's order who's waiting at the microphone.    Read moreWe had a TERRIBLE experience. I still have my receipt. My fiance and I were on the buses and he is disabled, it was sooo hot and we were so hungry. we didn't have a whole lot of money left and we were going to go to Mc Donald's but saw a sign with sales on the 2 meals he wanted for $5.99 for fish sandwich, a side and a drink, the other was also $5.99 for the tacklebox 11 pc shrimp, 1 side and a drink. Those are what he wanted and I only wanted a three piece strip meal. So we only plannned on spending almost twenty five dollars that we honestly didn't really have but ended up spending just shy of forty dollars which took from our grocery money. And that only included one drink with my meal. His was not allowed a drink nor to have that discounted price, because supposedly the sale had ended that day. Although the signs were still behind the register up on the the signage and on the glass in the front windows. As a matter of fact while we were eating, we saw them peeled down the sign off the front glass. I even asked for a manager, and the manager would not give us the discount/sale price either. They said there was no way for them to enter into the computer because that sale is now over. I feel like they should have compensated me somehow to make sure we got that advertised price.    Read moreSince the new owners took over this store which was a fine tuned machine with experienced workers and a great manager things have rapidly gone down hill ,the new âownerâ seems to want to change things and it is in the wrong direction waited almost 25 minutes inside for our order to come out wrong then when I went to the counter the owner was looking to blame the cashier when he is the one that got in the middle and sent our food to someone else , do not get me wrong he is a nice man but he needs to be trained the line at 4 today was 12 people deep just walkins not grubhub or whatever it is we are almost 70 and drive from over the river , as of today I only recognised 1 person [a manager] from the old owners sad that a great team has left and now its poor customer service as a result of someone jumping in to help but it does not work the man in line with me would have walked out but we had a nice conversation to pass the time , another man had 2 gift cards that were not working as this store would not take them , the manager did work to resolve the issue but would have been more useful making the line move , I wish the best of luck but am getting tired of poor service or long wait times bring back Shaun to fix this store and allow him to over ride the owners wishes sad to see great...
