Nice little place with some nice stores but it's smack dab in the middle of one of the highest crime areas in Troy. I've never had a problem myself but people I know have been mugged walking to their car or if they walked to the store, got robbed on the way out. It's a real shame. Troy is a dying city. It needs shopping centers like this but businesses just can't make it here. The frozen food section is surprisingly good, though. Rainbow came as a pleasant surprise with cheap options for women's apparels. My wife liked the place, and have done shopping there multiple times. Shoe Dept seemed like a good place to get a shoe if you're in a hurry and don't have time to go to Albany and are not comfortable with ordering online. Big Lots was nothing special, but nothing too shabby. Good collection of...
