Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Guyanese looking cashier is extremely rude. She does not listen... she puts whatever pieces you say you don't want if you get a box of mixed chicken. I asked for no wings & mostly legs... it was a 10 piece, she gave me 1 breast, 1 thigh, 4 legs and 4 wings...I said NO WINGS!!! WE DON'T EAT WINGS FROM POPEYES!!! SHE DON'T CARE... SHE WILL NOT REMOVE THEM. Every time I go there, I expect her to change, but she always lets me down. She's ALWAYS rude... & had a smart response every time, like the food is free. Smh... I look for other people to take my order. I'm surprised more people don't complain because their is 95% chance there's gonna be an issue with her & other customers. However, the food is great...especially the mashed potatoes...I don't like it from anywhere else... theirs are the best!!!

Update... I've been there a few more times and have not seen her. Praying she is living her best life... but also glad she's not...

Walked here on a humid summer day. Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries & a mango slushie. The cashier specifically asked if I wanted mild or spicy, I chose mild. Yet somehow when I got home, the sandwich was spicy. The best part, there was an ant taking a swim in my slushie. My meal was to go so I didn’t notice any of this until I was already home. As furious as I was about wasting my energy walking there in the heat to now have to trash the whole order, most importantly trashing $20, I was not about to go back there in the heat. I have been to this popeye's before and it was ok but yesterday was the worst popeye's I've ever had from any store. I ordered chicjen tenders, they were hard and chewy, like if they were there from the day before, and the biscuit uff you could knock someone out of how hard it was! The lady was not very nice neither, and there is no where to sit , the benches are blocking where the water falls from the ceiling . Horrible! I would had taken it back but i was too far in the...
