Rochdale Chicken and Fish 90z — Restaurant in New York

So I have Ordered here from Door Dash Numerous of Times and each time the food was Pretty Decent . Today I decided to not splurge on the service and delivery charges that comes with DoorDash and thought best to Go to the Establishment . Upon this visit the restaurant looked Unsanitary to say the least. It was not Inviting , no ambience , no vibes at all. As I ordered my food I saw something that I just couldn’t believe a HUGE RAT in the kitchen area running rampant on the counter tops where food was prepared and dishes were to be cleaned . I screamed and Immediately asked the server to STOP trying to fix my order . He said “What Happened?” I said that’s a HUGE RAT all on your counter and sinks ! He started laughing and said “yeah we barely like to go back there because they’re running like crazy “

I immediately pulled out my phone and took pictures and video of their “Guest” In the Video you can hear me say he’s all on your counter and sinks and the employee said Like he Lives here Like he Pays Bills . (But I can’t post it with sound because of my potty mouth 🤬.)

Apparently this has been brought to Management’s Attention and nothing is being done about it . ! The employee stated “Please expose this because the owner doesn’t care they have other locations “

And so here we are ! it’s truly sad to see a Business willing risking the lives of the very people trying to keep them open ! The Numerous diseases rodents have are astonishing and to think that they Leave their Back door Open for them to have a Feeding Frenzy is Ridiculous!

Let’s not forget to mention that The Grade that is supposed to be displayed in the window isn’t Visible to the Customers eye as it is poorly taped to the bottom Right corner of the window with a Grade Pending . I Beg of you For the love of God if You value your Health Please DO NOT GO To this Location in Brooklyn it Needs to be Closed Down immediately!!!!! It’s Unsanitary and Extremely Dangerous!

I went to this place to pick up an order, I usually have my food delivered but I was out so why not save on fees. I laced the order through Doordash for pick up, received confirmation of my order and was then notified of my order being ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, my food was not ready. They didn’t have what I wanted but no one notified me of such. When I explained to the associate that I’m here for pickup he was rude as hell and proceeded to tell me “ Don’t you see me doing something” The service I received from a place I order from often was terrible and unacceptable. The gentleman taking orders should be in the back if that’s the type of customer experience he’s delivering to customers. I am a Manager is the sales field and there is no way I would accept that type of rude behavior from my employees. I really hope he can be coached or retrained to offer customers a better experience so that they want to return...

WORST FOOD EVER!!! I was excited to order from this place tonight because the food looked great on uber eats and I was craving ribs. When the food arrived the box and bag was drenched in oil. The food itself tasted like leftovers that were on the brink of spoiling. It was so bad I threw up 10 mins later. The only thing that was half decent was the sweet potato fries but they too tasted like frozen fries dumped in oil, they were also unseasoned. Not to mention the most recent review on here shows a RAT running around in the KITCHEN. PLEASE DON’T BE LIKE ME AND DO YOUR RESEARCH ON PLACES BEFORE YOU ORDER ON UBER OR DOORDASH. I will never order from here again & definitely have reached out to customer support for a refund. P.S. the three stars are so this review gets noticed, I’d give this place zero...
