Kansas Chicken and Burger — Restaurant in New York

This place is new and well needed since the others didn't fit simple standards. Since this place is new, it is clean and so far trustworthy when it comes to it's meals. The chicken​ and burgers are tasty and fairly priced. They do have a small area if u choose to sit and eat. They except Cash and Credit/Debit Cards here. If u feel uncomfortable using ur card, they do have an ATM machine on site. Staff is friendly and I hope this place don't become the same as other chicken and burger places. Only time will tell how this place will turn out. Until then 5 stars... I say try this spot while it's in...

Normally, everyone is very polite even though sometimes the public is not always so mannerable. Last week I encountered one of the most horrible staff members. He was disgustingly slow, sleepy and obnoxious. Although I live in the community, I stop going there because of that one rude nighttime staff member. When I told him that I was going to report his behavior to the owner he shrugged his shoulders and told me to do it! I don't want that negative energy over any food I'm eating so I just don't go...

The only reason I continue to patronize this establishment is primarily based on: Convenience location and business hours.

8 out 10 times if you place an order with specifics such as, adding or taking away (*86) condiments; it will be screwed up entirely. The level of incompetence is deplorable to say the least of it.

If you do not mind repeating yourself multiple times in one setting, go ahead. The food is satisfactory, nothing to dare...
