I placed an order through the mobile app at 8:44pm to be picked up so I have have little to no wait time. The order was said to be ready by 9:01pm. I arrived a little after 9:01pm and the order wasn't ready yet. I showed the person at the counter the order confirmation and that was what prompted them to start packing my order. Whoever was at the counter didn't greet me at all, no "hi", no "hello" not even a "how can I help you?". I got no greeting. The guy at the counter, who I presume is the manager because he was wearing a different colored shirt (grey colored shirt), walked away halfway through packing the order. He was gone for 10-15 minutes and I was just standing there. When I asked two other employees what was going on with the order, they had no idea what was going on and even knew I had been standing at the counter behind they'd been standing behind the counter the entire time throughout my exchange. I had to show them my order confirmation again so they could finish packing it. And in my time waiting for my order to be finished, other customers who had walked in and ordered after me had gotten their orders before I got mine. Additionally, the employees (even the presumed manager) were being extremely rude to customers that were walking in. I used to frequently go to this location before there seemed to be either a change in ownership or management or both. Post change, service quality just kept consistently and dramatically declining. I don't understand the logic behind beginning to complete an order and walking away from it halfway through. If there was something more urgent that needed the attention of a manager, at least communicate that to the rest of the team on the floor, so that they could finish packing the order in a timely manner, rather than making a customer wait for longer than they needed to. Read moreThis location has always been 5 star up until about half year ago. My previous visit was quite negative but I thought may have just been an isolated incident however today’s visit left me speechless and I must voice my concern.
Let’s start of with the positive. Two stars solely because Popeyes Chicken is that juicy and delicious and the staff here is incredibly friendly. That’s where it ends.
This restaurant now dropped to B rating. The entire restaurant floor is littered with fried chicken bits from dine in customers, 7 out of 8 tables have trash on the table and the soda machine is absolutely filthy. Keep in mind I came in at 4:30 pm off peak hour and they only had another patron dining in. No reason the staff of 5 I saw working couldn’t clean up and swept the place. What was the manager thinking???
I did notice other reviews also mention the rating so I sincerely hope the owner does something or else me and many other loyal patrons surely will stop coming to this location. I shouldn’t have to clean up previous diner’s table mess just to eat in.

I went into the store at about 320 and they told me it would be ready in five minutes. As I stood there, they kept fulfilling orders that had been placed after mine. Eventually, I asked that the order be canceled and my money refunded. The staff just ignored my request. I asked to see a manager and they ignored that also. While I was standing there waiting, I noticed three separate employees helping themselves to french fries using bare fingers. No gloves. Frankly, it was disgusting. Another concern is the bearded employees. They’re working around food yet have full, uncovered beards. I eventually got my food after waiting approximately 25 minutes. When I got home and opened the wings, I noticed that some of them are discolored. Frankly, I’m afraid to eat them. I’ve had a lot of Popeyes wings and have never seen anything like this.
