My last experience here was very disappointing. My husband picked here to celebrate his 40th birthday and I made a reservation for 16 people on a Thursday evening. Usually when we dine here with large crowds they put us inside; in the semi private area that they have after the dining room which the person I spoke to mentioned that we will be seated separately since it a large group so I told her I know cause I’ve been to this place numerous times. When I arrive our seat was set up in an open space inside the casino area with all the noise and everyone passing by even people walking in to look around the seats weren’t even comfortable and the ambience wasn’t the same as inside as we expected. When I asked I was told that to reserve the area I wanted I would have pay to $125 a person ahead which mind me we have NEVER done before and we did dine there quite a few times before in large groups. Also, if that was the case I think she should have disclosed that information at the time of booking. As I told her that never happened before She gave me some BS about not wanting to ask because she didn’t want to get anyone in trouble so we leave it at that cause i didn’t want to ruin my husband birthday over seating. But Then it got worst we took forever to get our food and drinks. Even the soda took like 30 min to come out. We had 1 server and every time we needed something we had to go looking for her. I brought a cake for my husband they rest it on the table behind us I had to bring it out myself and sung happy birthday for him because no was attending to us.finally she came and I asked if she can get some utensils for us to serve the cake she was bring one thing at a time. Brought a knife then had to go back for a lighter then plates… by the time she brought out the spoon the guest had already reuse the ones they were eating with. I told her right after that I need the bill because my 1 year old son was tire and getting frustrated and the casino noise wasn’t helping I waited 30min with 3 attempts and she never returned my baby started to screem and then the manager came out after my husband walked in looking for the server and my husband told him we have to leave. They had my card when I arrive and my sister had to take care of the bill because I had to leave and never saw the server again. One of the guests order a second beer while we were having dinner and didn’t get. We felt like the put us outside and forgot about us. All the other time we sat inside with 12+ guests we always got more than one servers but this last time left a bad taste in my mouth!
Responding to the replay: There was never any last minute changes of the group size. It was confirm 3 times via call and text for the amount of people in the reservation and all guests showed up. I was getting BS from the moment I arrived there in this. I feel like that part of your reply sounds like it was my fault also when I ask the lady told me if they call me before they set up and I told her yes just to confirm nothing was mentioned about where we will be seated… then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay $125 per a person to sit inside. Read moreI recently dined at RW Prime in Resorts World NYC and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was subpar, with dishes being overly salty and greasy. Vegetables were served cold, which was unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the poor food quality was matched by unprofessional service. Our server seemed disinterested and unattentive, and when we tried to bring our concerns to the manager's attention, they were dismissive and disrespectful.
For a restaurant of this caliber, I expect a much higher standard of food quality and customer service. Until they address these issues, I would not recommend RW Prime to others.
Another visit: Absolutely atrocious experience at RW Prime in Resorts World NYC! The meal was a disaster, and the management was even worse.
Overpriced and underseasoned food Steak was overcooked and tasted like shoe leather Service was slow and unfriendly But the worst part? The manager, who walked away mid-conversation and never returned to address our complaints!
We tried to politely share our concerns, but the manager:
Cut us off mid-sentence Rolled his eyes Walked away without a word Never returned to offer a solution or apology
Unbelievable! The manager's behavior was unprofessional, rude, and utterly disgusting. It's clear that RW Prime doesn't value their customers or care about serving quality food.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Take your business (and your appetite) elsewhere. We'll never set foot in this dump again.

Read moreI was excited to spend my last night in New York eating a good meal with my love. For starters, we found it very hard to find the restaurant so we were about 10 minutes late to our reservation. Upon arriving I gave my name and the hostess says she does not have my reservation. I don’t know if she was expecting me to just turn around and leave but I stood there for a minute before she just told me and my boyfriend to go ahead. Funny how you don’t have my reservation and I just placed it online! Like I was literally showing her my reservation on my phone and she kept saying “I don’t have your reservation”. So I was already irritated by the time we were seated. Once we sat down, the couple next to us, also African American, were complaining about how long their food took to come. I would say we sat there for about an hour with no food, just cold bread. They never bought out more bread once we finished the 4 pieces either. The food was subpar, not really worth the price in my opinion. I got a burger and fries which were also cold. The batter pretty much completely fell off the huge pieces of calamari we were given. Not to mention, we waited about 25 minutes just for the check. It’s one thing if it was packed out busy, but a single middle eastern gentleman sitting next to us had the waiters attention every 15 minutes. The waiter was very nice but not attentive.
