I don't add reviews very often but this is an experience i hope others won't have to encounter. Upon arrivals the young ladies that seat you seemed confused on where to seat us and walked us from one side to the other as if she was just choosing out of random where to seat us. She gave us a table with chairs and when I asked her if she had a booth she completely ignored me and continued to head towards the hostess station..I left it alone and took my seat.
The waitress I had seemed as if she was in a rush to go to another table perhaps, and kind of rushed through my appetizer questions.
Once I decided what I wanted from their electronic tablet menu (which I hated) I asked that my steak be medium and my fried eggs well done...what I received was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! The steak was rubbery and tasted like Chinese beef sauce (beef and broccoli sauce and consistency) 𤢠and my eggs were simply Sunnyside up. I immediately asked the person who served the food which was not my waitress to please take it back and cook the eggs longer.....I'm not sure how they did it but he was back out with my plate in like 45seconds š¤ but the eggs were cooked how I asked. However as I continued to make way into my plate I noticed the steak was paper thin and would not pull apart even using excessive force...I was highly disappointed at this point. I called for my waitress in disbelief and asked why was the steak like that and she proceeds to say no matter how the steak is cooked it's going to be tough because that's the quality of the steak...like what!!!!! She then proceed to say we can swap it for churrasco steak but for $10 more dollars! Worried that whatever STEAK i get would still be a disappointed I asked if they could swap it for chicken ( which is cheaper) but wouldn't mind paying the original price, and they agreed. In conclusion at this point I'm over it and asked to have a to go tray.
The worst part was getting the bill!!!!!!!!! I went with my mother and she ordered the rice with shrimps and she absolutely could not finish it because she says it was not pleasant and lacked flavor. She was also very disappointed. However we were shocked when the bill came and there was a 18% DINING EXPERIENCE slapped on to my bill when the experience was horrible!!! I was Gagged and gooped! I won't be coming back to this location...I'll stick to the one in NJ because this one definitely gave Bronx...

Noches de Colombia has been a favorite of mine for its flavorful Latin dishes and lively atmosphere, but after todayās experience, Iām seriously rethinking my recommendation.
Past Dine-In Experience: Previously, I enjoyed hearty meals like the Filete a la Plancha and Ensalada Mixta. Portions were generous, the atmosphere warm, and the service generally good.
Takeout: The bakery section is the most reliable part. Pastries like Croissant Espinaca are fresh and satisfying. However, the takeout breakfast, lunch, and dinner options fall shortāsmaller portions and lower quality compared to dining in.
Todayās Visit: I work in the mall and came in with a coworker just before the lunch special cutoff. I explained to our waitress, Susana L., that we were on a tight lunch break, doing my best with the little Spanish I know. Despite arriving on time, we were told we missed the lunch special, which wasnāt true.
We ordered anyway, but the food took so long that we never got to eat it there. My coworker had to leave to avoid being late back to work, and I stayed behindālate for work myselfājust waiting. To make matters worse, the order was wrong.
When I pointed this out, the waitress acted like she was doing me a favor by not charging for the wrong items, which felt dismissive.
Our bill was $60 for two meals and a limonada, including a dining experience surcharge and a credit card feeāeven though we never actually dined in.
There was a significant language barrier, making it hard to communicate concerns or clarify anything. Overall, the visit left me feeling frustrated and ignored.
Final Thoughts: The bakery is still worth visiting, but for full meals, be prepared for poor communication, long waits, incorrect orders, hidden fees, and dismissive service. Ask clearly about specials and fees upfront, and donāt expect concerns to be easily addressed if you donāt speak fluent Spanish. I would like a refund, my food got cold and I wasn't able to eat it. The tostones where hard and tasted like they were cooked...
