There are several Schreibers in Brooklyn but this is the best one. First of all let’s not lose sight of the fact that this is a Jewish bakery; a rapidly dying breed. And a GOOD Jewish bakery; practically an extinct breed. Challah available Thursday and Friday (before sunset) only. And delicious, mouth watering Challah it is. Pastries and cookies are available always. Milk. Coffee. Tea. Black & White cookies. Everything is scrumptious.
