First of all, I could say that this place is going to be a new gem on the 8th Ave. for sure! I was just planning to come in and check out this new place(and probably get something for take out)on the way home but I realize that they are serving Thai🍲🌶️ and Mexican🌮🌯food!!! What a great combination since Thai and Mexican are among my most favorite cuisines and this made me change my mind to dine in instead of taking it to go.
I decided to go pretty simple by signature dishes from each culture with the shrimp Pad Thai and a beef Taco. The shrimp Pad Thai is very authentic because I could taste a sweetness and tanginess from the real tamarind juice. That’s how you tell when you taste a real Pad Thai same as the one you taste in Thailand. On top of that, shrimps that come with the Pad Thai were big and has a good bouncy texture which means they were very fresh. For a taco, I could say that I got a lot of beef for a single taco and they were juicy as well. The best thing is the chef came out and serve the Taco by himself with a big smile on his face 😊😁 and I think that was the best part!
The service was top notch both from the FOH and the BOH (special thanks to the Taco’s chef!). The ambiance was relaxing and made you want to stay longer at this place. Towards the end of my meal, I learned that they also serve American Breakfast in the morning. So this is like a 3-in-1 place with American Breakfast, Thai and Mexican!!! I would definitely come back to try their Breakfast and I would also bring friends and family in the...
