Shake Shack Broadway Plaza Riverdale — Restaurant in New York

August 29,2025 I order my food at 5:52pm, very excited for not only my 45 minute break but excited for the new Shake Shack down stairs!. I ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo no lettuce. Only pickles. With a side of french fries. At 6:00pm I receive my order I get upstairs, TELL ME WHYYY they get the 3 most soggy pieces of lettuce they could possibly find and put it on the sandwich. I go BACK downstairs, all this man did was take the lettuce off my bun and put on the pickles. WET SOGGY BUN and CHICKEN! I couldn’t even eat it. Very sad...
