I needed a quick byte and this “cafe” looked decent. Well , it was my mistake. Apparently it’s another Chinese food place which you see a hundreds all over Manhattan. It looks different but the menu is the same with one exception - is severely overpriced. I thought that food would be a better quality for a price (teriyaki chicken that you see on the photo is almost 16$!!!) , but it is not. I felt like products are about to spoil so they overcook them. While I was sitting in the place it was constantly loud and delivery guys are screaming in Chinese. And the very last thing- they didn’t put fork or napkins to my order....cmon guys , it’s the very least you can do. 2 stars out of 5

Was ordering from this place because it’s close to work but this happen to not just me but also my supervisor we received food with hair in it and that’s disgusting what ever happen to people wearing hairnets when cooking food ? Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FOOD … the hostess had the nerve to say that it’s impossible for hair to get in the food without being burned because of the heat , what ?! Please check your food before eating or else you’ll get hair caught in your throat … also the delivery guy is the rudest person you’ll ever come across… buyer beware!

I ordered from this place because I believed the food to be good. But I work in a busy hospital where you can not always answer your phone when you have to. So the driver called me a few times before I was able to see my phone. When i finally answered he yelled at me as if i was his child and therefore i did not leave a tip. Don't disrespect your customers. Ever... I was about to leave him a big tip for him having to wait on me, but he can forget about that. I will never order from them again. When I called back to add to my order, the lady over the phone also raised her voice when I was trying to add Additional items that were not part of the menu even though I told her I would pay the difference... They need better bedside manners. I will not tolerate disrespect from anyone. Learn to...

Great food as a chinese carry out. The baby ribs w/ black beans sauce and the salt and pepper shrimp were tasty. Service was smooth and the people there were nice.

People complaining about the people that work here doesn’t know anything about their culture. You’re in their space, so y’all should respect them. It’s a carry out, not fine dining restaurant. If you don’t like it, go somewhere else.

Complaints about them not putting napkins and utensils in your bag? Deal with it! There’s a station right by the door. You can’t miss it. You want everything done for you? How spoiled can y’all get? They are...
