Seamless, friendly, efficient and trustworthy service—can't recommend Mike enough. I had bought my Murphy bed from someone who had bought it from Mike originally, and recommended reaching out to him for setup. After an ordeal with movers and a separate disassembly person who didn't know how to handle a murphy bed, and unanticipated hundreds of dollars of later (not including the cost of the bed), I was exhausted and wanted the job done by a professional with no surprises. I called Mike who was responsive, and assured me he could get the job done—even if any small parts/screws etc. were missing. He brought a complete setup (tools, wood blocks for positioning while working, etc.) up to my 4th floor walkup and did the job in an hour as promised. I could tell right away he knew exactly what he was doing. I feel safe knowing that his 10 (more?) years of experience is reflected in how my bed is set up. I had my king size murphy bed almost 3 months. The it is great. No movement , no noise. Its a solid work of art. I am not a small or gentle lady so it takes a good beating from time to time.. I would and have recommended murphy mike to everyone I know. The work was done well, on time , fast and super respectful. Once all the equipment was in the apartment, took almost a full hour for 2 guys to put it this thing together. Sturdy!!! Good price, good service.. my boyfriend and I bugged this guy on the phone and text so much...but still kept it professional... the patience...
