JFK Airport/Terminal 8 — Local services in New York

At the Hudson down in arrivals next to the baggage claim. I was there this morning, and the food is okay, but the service was GOD AWEFUL and it was because of one person. The employee named Hema was the rudest and most awful person that I have had serve me as far as food service goes in a very long time. I ordered a bagel and asked for it toasted, of which she snappily replied FINE! I also had a medium coffee to go with this, with milk. She prepared it and slammed it on the counter in front of me.
