Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

I am giving two stars for the morning crew. The afternoon one on Saturday 4/27 was horrible. I ordered my drink online for pick up. I showed up 10 mins later, my drink wasn’t ready. So I waited couple of mins and then asked the girl if she could give me my coffee, since it’s just pike coffee with some milk, I even said I ll pour the milk there myself since they were making other more complicated drinks. First , she ignored me, then said “one moment” . For next 7 mins I tried to get her attention but felt like she is avoiding eye contact purposely. After that I had to literally raised my voice saying I just want my coffee! Meanwhile, 2 people complained they got their order wrong. I ordered tall coffee in grande cup, so i can put as much milk in as i want without having to have to spill some out. Of course I received it in tall cup. So again, I had to ask for correction to which I got attitude back, and eye rolling. After finally (about 15 mins waiting) I got my coffee. Without milk, but okay, I said i can pour in myself. But the milk station doesnt have any. Usually there is only whole milk. NEVER skim milk. So AGAIN I had to come back and ask for skim milk and waited another 3-4 mins to receive it with more attitude! Horrible. I love starbucks and I love the option to customize your own coffee the way you like it and this Starbucks doesn’t have the option since there is never anything on the table. It’s very sad. Makes me not wanting to go back. But I have to say, the morning crew on weekdays has always my coffee ready after ordering it online and...

Very disappointed with the service I received on Easter day, I ordered a drink on the app (around 2 pm) I arrived at Starbucks & waited for 5 mins. The drink was not made & the barista had not even started making the drink. I politely git the barista’s attention. I informed her that the drink was supposed to be ready several mins ago. She said that they were “backed up” & still did not even start making the drink. I told her that I either need it to be made now or a refund. The woman told me that I had to wait because, “I’m not doing mobile orders now”. I told her that I would not wait because it was my sister’s birthday. She needs a customer service lesson, very unprofessional. Do not tell customers what to do! Another (nicer) staff member lead me to the register & even asked the first woman if she was going to make the drink. & she refused! Then the other employee began attempting to do my return. It was a nightmare! I asked if I could give her my debit card because I paid with apple pay & would have had to look for the card on my phone. She told me that she needed to scan the barcode in the app. 😫 & the app had logged me out. Plus I could not recall my password. She could not even put the credit on a giftcard. Eventually the lady made me my drink & even gave me a pup cup. This store needs to improve their professionalism. If you are understaffed turn off your mobile orders! Do not waste the time of...

Its so hard to even give a star to this Starbucks! I need a corporate number or something. I came to this Starbucks on 09/24/18 at close to 7pm. There were two girls working, one on register and one making the drinks. I ordered a grande pumpkin spice latte and since when you order hot drinks at Starbucks they're scolding hot I asked for soy milk so it could be warm and not burn my whole tongue. The woman who made my drink was very very disrespectful and I don't believe she should work in customer service and her job given to someone who can properly speak. she handed me the cup without the holder and when I grabbed it I had to let it down real quick! nearly burned my fingers. When I told her I payed extra for soy milk so it wouldn't be hot she looked at me like a complete idiot. and asked me if I knew what I was talking about and rolled her eyes at me. and I kept telling her I cant drink it so hot. she sees im obviously pregnant and she's just disrespecting me and calls her coworker over to basically laugh in my face like I didn't know what I was saying. I asked for a manager and Eli the manager came over and she didn't let me talk at first and then said whatever you talk to her. she kept interrupting me and kept telling her manager I was lying got all in his face too. he could barely get out a sentence she didn't let him! he's the only reason im giving this...
