Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

This place has absolutely terrible service they don’t listen and give little to no meat more rice than anything my mom on two accounts went seen a person walking out for messing the order up they didn’t want guac they gave him guac anyway and when he said hey I don’t want guac the server proceeded to remove guac with there gloved hands knowing the residue would still be on it so the guy said hey forget it and walked out instead of the server starting it over what if he was allergic to that and just didn’t want any residue of any guac on his order there is a reason he said no guac not even a smear. My mom came with a paper cause she wanted to go for us and we wrote exactly what the bowls had one order had all the sides separated to eat later on and even my mom verbally proceeded to say hey one of the orders all the sides will be separated and the guy server had an attitude and didn’t do it. It was only two orders not complex at all. My mom showed him the paper again and he said to get the paper out of his face and putt little to no meat on the other with a huge amount of rice and lettuce my mom said forget the order and left. Terrible customer service will never go to this location again even though I live around the block could’ve had a consistent customer. I would not recommend this location at all. Someone needs to get to firing and fix something there. It was only two orders in questioning the mental capacity of the workers here how are they being trained someone needs to step in cause they doing bad over here. I came back to add another review… I wish I could give its 0 stars. I’m pissed b/c I choose not to cook and buy and now I’m here with nothing to eat b/c it’s to dam late for me to whip up a whole meal. STOP GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY… STOP SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS. They have multiple negative reviews. The literally have a 2.5 rating on google. THEY DONT CARE STOP GOING TO THIS LOCATION. I know unfortunately it’s the only one on this area and you have to take transportation to the next nearest. Nonetheless if they keep making money their service and food will not improve. I don’t understand how some many people have made the same complaint in these review and the General Manager has done nothing to improve. THE RICE IS ALWAYS UNDERCOOKED it doesn’t matter what time you go there. Don’t go to this location.. I’m tired of paying 13-15 dollars for my food and the rice is hard. Then I have to jump on the app and chat with a rep. I shouldn’t have to do all of that it’s annoying. Today was my last time coming to this place. They need to get it together I’ve gotten food her 3 times. The first time the rice wasn’t cooked I order to stay but I was so annoyed I just threw it out and left. 2nd time was good but the 3rd time it was so dam salty I couldn’t even finish my meal and I was not about to walk back to the restaurant. So I guess I have to open my food and not just look at it but taste it too before I leave from now on.

Ive came here to this location a few time after 6 pm and they are ALWAYS out of something. Yesterday they were out of cheese and chips … The time before that they were out of chips and corn . Before that no vinaigrette. As a previous employee for chipotle , i know that we have to make sure enough is being prepped for the evening during the afternoon. Some employees get upset when you ask if theres any more chicken , steak or etc , the grill guy makes a face because now he needs to work on cutting it and etc. food should be getting called out before it runs out. Now THEIR PORTIONS ?? Are one of the worst compared to other locations. The corn they serve is less than half of the spoon , same for sour cream (pretty much everything). The cheese gets picked up slightly and lightly and when its sprinkled on the bowl , its barely any. If you ask for more they give a face and just a tiny bit more . Seriously most of the employees in every chipotle look and act miserable , you have to be afraid to ask for more things because you expect an unwelcoming reaction .
