The customer service is the complete worst among all subways I’ve been to. I ordered a sandwich from 7pm and I literally had to show up for him to start preparing my sandwich. I showed up at 7.50pm and he looked at me and smile because he wasn’t preparing any sandwiches but was on his cell phone the whole time probably. Believe me when I tell you this location is super stingy with their supplies. I ask for a napkin and he said he put one in the bag (I purchased 2 sandwiches!!! Why would you put just a single napkin in the paper bag plus it’s raining!!!! He could atleast give a plastic bag seeing it’s raining so bad outside). Outside is pouring rain just like a storm and you’re telling me you can’t give an extra napkin just because it’s wet outside. I placed 2 orders and he didn’t even want to put each sandwich in their own paper bag (Trying to fit both sandwiches in one paper bag. I had to tell him “Listen I’m buying a sandwich for someone you need to separate the two” and he still had a problem with that. The food look as if they have been sitting there all day especially the tomatoes, cucumbers and pickles. I only ordered at this location because I chose the wrong location by accident and wasn’t paying detail attention to which subway to place my order. I will never and I mean never go back to this spot not even if my life depends on it. Imagine you order something almost an hour ago and you’re looking at your phone waiting for them to start preparing then from frustration you decided to show up in person and see the guy on his cell phone didn’t even make an attempt to collect the order to start preparing your sandwich.
