Pros: The deli selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and smoothies are very well prepared and worth the price. The perishable and non perishable area of the deli are clean and organized. The convince of a 24 hour deli is a big plus within the community especially when many other deli's close early or have closed down permanently. This deli establishment has only been opened for business approximately several months. Me and my husband frequently order take out or pick up from here and "we were very pleased" at the time. CONS: Unprofessional and disrespectful store clerks. One evening I called in an order for take out. I specifically read order code (letter and number) from the paper menu, over the phone to the deli store clerk. I received my order approximately 25 mins later. When I opened the bag I noticed a food item was missing from my order. I checked the menu again to ensure I wasn't mistaken. Clearly there was a part of my meal missing. I called the establishment and on the sixth time I was able to speak with the same clerk who took my original order. Upon me providing him the missing item, he insisted that the order was correct. At one point he asked for another clerk to speak with me. A female clerk got on the phone and said the same. I told her I was going to their deli with the menu I had. When I entered the deli a young man behind the counter was on his phone talking on ear Bluetooth device. He looked up at me while on the phone and asked me "what can I help you with"? In a very calm, posed voice, I told him I was the customer who made an order who had something missing and I was coming to show him the menu I had chosen my order. He then tells the person the other end of call "Hey hon let me let you go. I'll call you back. I have a Karen here. No I said a Karen". I stood there in shock for a minute. Told him "my name is not Karen and why are you calling Karen". I already knew this was not going to go no where. I told I wasn't coming to make trouble so the disrespect is unacceptable. I mentioned to him that we ( me and husband) never encountered any problems here and used their services often. After a few minutes of me showing him the menu, what was the order I became frustrated and told him he owed the missing food order. Then only then did he admit the menu I had was an "old menu". I told him had he told me this when I called the second time I would have understand it was a misunderstanding. He demonstrated a cocky attitude, smirking an verbally belittled me accusing me of not knowing what I was talking about. I told him your not talking to a young person. Calling me Karen from the beginning I walked in, at times cutting me off, etc. When I asked to speak with a store manager he said chuckling, I could do you the favor I'll write down his number and slide it under you. By then at this time I was enraged and said to him I'll find out myself and report this business. He tells me "we're done here and I need you to leave but better yet I do something for you". He picks up the phone and calls 911asking for officers to come to the deli location. I'm standing there in shock. I ask him "really? Your going there? "All this because you failed to take accountability of your mistake. So instead you insult me calling me names, belittling me in front of visitors and workers ?" I told him I would never ever order, come into the deli again. I stayed a few minutes outside to see if officers would show. I then left home. I read a few comments on this review page. Many have complained about the clerks business practices when dealing with guests. I just hope the owner of this deli reads the reviews and makes changes. As good as their food is many will decide to go else where because of the worst customer service engagement. In all my years I have never encounter this service...
Read moreThe people behind the counter are rude and impolite. They think they are doing you a favor. I tried to speak to the owner and all I got was sass and attitude. They acted superior when they failed to complete the task in providing a service. I asked for a receipt for a sandwich and the cash register monkey said he couldn't give me one. He said I should go to my bank and verify the purchase. Then I said it's his responsibility and all I got was attitude. Then the register monkey said he was the owner. Yeah. Right. This place sells junk food, junk drinks, and your below average sandwiches. I suggest going elsewhere because these people don't deserve to have a place...

I think the mango is not fully ripe or pineapple bc I am drinking a sour drink. It smells rancid. I really want to take it back but now my stomach hurts.
