I took a trip to this place yesterday hoping to experience the limited new items strawberry lemonade freeze , vanilla crème lemonade freeze and somehow the machine they say is broken so they have none of the new items. How are you not on top of this as a franchise to give consumers what they are looking for. Place needs a new manager or someone who cares about the business. I can easily see this item bringing in extra money very disappointed. Came back August 31st at around 8 pm the short Hispanic manger was not helpful at all she couldn’t accommodate me for a simple swap item that allows me so through the app for the same store location and was very adamant about not helping just for me to realize that it does allow me to swap through the self checkout so she pretty much just didn’t want to help or provide good customer service. Also I had to check my food before leaving just to realize the same crispy cantina taco I was refused to have swapped in instead of the soft cantina taco and I also subbed out chicken and no sauce for just beef and cheese was wrong and I was giving the plain crispy cantina chicken taco as is when the details or clearing on the monitor of the topping station. Also I get home thinking my beef burrito was correct because I asked the worker if he put beef in all 3 and he says yes just to find out after getting all the way back home they only gave me rice , onions , refried beans and sour cream not i need to make a Trip back down there to have my order corrected. Workers need to learn how to read or stop being lazy and messing up people food just putting whatever they feel. Read moreOh do I have a story for y'all, It's Sun, Dec 24 and I'm going with my sister to go get dinner for the both of us and we made online orders for Taco Bell. Now we know it's Christmas Eve. They close early so we are outside, It is about 5:50 and we're getting there before they start closing early so there's a lot of time before closing. We arrive at the store and in the pictures and videos below, we see that there is a caution wet floor sign blocking the door and the lady and gentlemen, that's behind the area where the food would usually be prepped, are waving us off and we see our orders to be ready on the big screen. So we're showing them our phones that we ordered online and they continue to wave us off. We stood there waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Hoping that someone a manager or anything could come to the door to speak to us. And more than five people come to the door wondering what's going on and that they did a mobile order like us. I understand that when you get to leave early you close and whatnot I understand, but what I don't understand is an entire hour and change before closing and they are still taking mobile orders, our money , and not serving anyone or informing anyone of what's going on. That's what I had a problem with, I know that stores if they are overwhelmed or the system is glitchy or it's the end of store hours, you can turn off the mobile order system, in this case they didn't.... This has to have been the worst service I've ever received from this location and I was coming here when the Burger King was here before and at the Taco...
