Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell. I had not been to Taco Bell in a very long time and was craving it. My daughter and I decided to stop by this drive through. I hadn’t been to TB in a while so I needed a little extra help with a few things. The individual who took my order was inpatient and sarcastic to say the least. Which made my answers to her short. I was thinking as I approached to pay I should just leave but because my daughter was hungry I stayed. I drove up gave my credit card, then the oddest thing happen. The cashier which I found out later who’s name is Amelia told me to move my car back out of the range and sight of the window. I should’ve asked why but did as I was told. I waited at the window for 10 mins even though there was no cars ahead of me and I was the ONLY one at the drive through that day. Matter of fact the restaurant had hardly anyone inside. I was then asked to drive up a few feet to get me order. I was given it with an air of an attitude. We went home and had our dinner an hour and half later I was violently throwing up. I ended up in the ER with food poisoning. My daughter was not nauseous but not as sick as o was. I plan on filing a formal complaint and have all the necessary numbers for higher up for that Taco Bell. Thank goodness that gut feeling I had during my experience told me called when we were driving off and got the manager on shift that day Salina and she provided the GM’s Lisa information. If I only knew things were about to get worst for me by eating there. DO NOT GO TO THAT TACO BELL! I should have gone with my initial gut feeling and drove off when dealing with Amealia’s attitude when taking my order. There were so many complaints when I came to the reviews. I wish I read them prior to going. I haven’t been to a Taco Bell like a said in a while prior to this and I will never go back to one again. This experience ruin Taco Bell for me. I have told everyone I know so that they are safe and I am telling you. Trust me...

For the last couple weeks , we have come around 11/12 pm - as it says online they’re open till 3 am . So I’m just curious to know why I’m being told at 11 that they have no ingredients to make a power bowl but only have ingredient to make tacos … I’m not the smartest person in the world but I’m pretty sure that means they have the ingredients to make a power bowl they’re are just choosing not too , i was told this twice on two separate days . Another two times i was told at 10 that they are only doing pick up orders again they are open till 3 am says so on the store and online and see i would understand but realistically what’s the point of that? Considering that now i would have to then place an order while sitting outside the store and have to pay extra just for that service when i can just go through drive through like they’re store hours says is open to do so . Also not to mention that they’re parking lot has no offer way out only one way in so two times I’m told they can’t make what i need but then I’m stuck on line for the next 40 minutes . That’s beyond ridiculous, again i was just told that at 11 pm that they are only doing pick ups. So now i feel obligated to say something because this is truly aggravating and fustrating if that’s going to be the case everytime then change your hours everywhere because at this point it’s considered false...

Workers are so rude, I ordered my order at the drive through and pulled up and got my food and drove off not realizing that they got my order wrong so I went back to ask if they could give me the correct order and they were acting like I was speaking another language, the amount of times they told me to explain what I was saying got really annoying, all I wanted was refried beans instead of beef on my taco, then she asked me if I had my receipt…..the receipt she never gave me…..they don’t give you your receipt unless you ask for it and then on top of that she tried telling me that I told her that order, I know what I said so I said “no, I said beans you probably just didn’t hear me” and she goes “well no we all have headsets on and we all heard you say beef”…..like girl I know damn well they werent all listening to my order AND remembered me, I ordered like 10 min ago so don’t tell me what I said cause I know what I said, she was confused and told me I said the wrong thing, she was also rolling her eyes and gave me my food with...
