Juici Patties — Restaurant in New York

So we went late (7:30pm) hoping that the line wouldn’t be long but it still was. The manager was outside directing people so it went down fast. The space is small so it does feel clustered. They were moving fast but not organized. We waited about 10 - 12 mins for 3 patty and a coco bread. Other people numbers was being called before us with larger orders. I think because everyone was just grabbing a ticket to fill and not looking at the number. The patty itself (spicy beef) is definitely different than the juici patty I’m used to in jamaica. It’s tasted like a mixture of Golden krust and Royal Caribbean bakery patty. It’s not bad, just need some flavor in the krust and the beef needs more seasoning. Also, they need to get a bag for the coco bread, it was giving in a Polly bag aka clear plastic bag, so the heat made the bread taste like plastic. Glad you're here in NY Juicy, welcome! I like the location especially because there's adequate parking and for free. My concern though is that the patties definitely don't taste like in Ja. Not sure if it's the beef itself or the seasoning. The spicy patties are not spicy at all. Scotch bonnet and other hot peppers are readily available here- please get some. There's a reason for the 2 types- mild and spicy. Wish you success but please improve the patties. I love patties and would eat patty every day. I had the privilege of visiting the franchise at the mingles plaza on Boston Road .The appearance was clean, line moves quickly and the customer service was pleasant and felt as though the staff enjoyed working and serving the customers. Service with a smile wins always.The filling from the Patti was busting from the sides and made no a mess on my damn shirt. I prefer that location from the one in the lower part of the Bronx.
