Tex's Chicken & Burgers — Restaurant in New York

This afternoon i ordered from one of your locations #2660 on 3rd ave in the Bronx NY, the 3 piece chicken strip. I asked for honey mustard as well. I get home which is about 20 minutes away and in my box is 2 legs and a chicken breast with a honey mustard sauce. I dont have a phone to call them so i start to eat a chicken leg. Im breaking the pieces off dipping them in the sauce and struggling to chew it. I have had old chicken before and its dry and chewy like this. ok so i try eating the breast. I break a piece off, no flavor, chewy , dry and under the crispy batter, there is tiny feathers. As i type this, i can still feel the fur/ feathers on the back of my tongue. Im annoyed right now, especially not having a phone to reach these people along with not having a satisfying meal. I had the chicken strips before from this same spot and it was great so i was craving the same experience. I've left a message on the website, on Twitter and no one is replying to me. If I'm going to be ignored this is going to take the next step. I'm big on customer service. Just because I live in the Bronx doesn't mean I have to eat garbage. I know how to cook and when food is safe to eat. Who leaves chicken feathers on the skin and covers it up with batter. I didn't see any women working in there but a bunch of men. Its not OK to serve customers food without caring about...

Workers are slow and like to chit-chat...I guess they're usd to a clientele that's got nowhere to go and nothing better to do than hang around BSing with them -- like bums and bus drivers (gotta love unions, 'specially government-worker unions!)...junk food served slow, starting at the cash register where even when you finally get up there the worker takes his sweet time wrapping up his conversation with some bus driver on break hanging out here -- who, being a union member used to not really having to work, suddenly remembers the particular way he likes his food after all that time blabbing and so starts up another whole conversation on how he wants his chicken done (what is it with bus drivers and chicken??)...oh, and the chicken's usually dry and sometimes the boring "regular" variety gets mixed up with...

Took a glance at the back where the food is prepared it turned my stomach it was completely disgusting the workers uniforms are ridden with dirt that looks as if they have not washed it in years the food is disgusting burger taste as if it were spoiled (know praying I don’t come up with food poisoning) and the stinch of dirty homeless people lingered for the entire time I was there needless to say I was so upset I payed for food before taking time to see how the place was up kept and the cleanliness of the workers that shows a lot of a person and a business.
