Tijuana Nites — Restaurant in New York

I just ordered a steak Chimichanga and shrimp tacos. The Chimichanga arrived with an obvious bite mark. Disgusting. I ordered this for my child. I cannot let him eat that. I’m trying to call Tijuana nites, they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail is full. I confronted the delivery guy and complained to Uber eats. I want my refund for the Chimichanga or send me a new one that is not bitten. If someone in your restaurant is doing this, or if it’s the delivery guy make corrections and give me my refund. Came in here ima Sunday aug 18 2019. Haven’t been to this area since 90s I just wanted to be in this area now I married and wanted to be in the area and have a drink of course the old spots are gone but this place more than filed the bill great happy hour even in a Sunday!!! Drank great margaritas w George the bartender had few happy hour. Appetizers on a Sunday!!! They were great the drinks were fantastic the service was outstanding Yara and George. And friendly. I came here 2024 to celebrate my birthday. I live by the area, so we went at 7pm because I thought it opens at 5pm, it was a weekday and it was completely dead. Didn’t know this is that type of bar that you need to set up to do a party. We were the only ones there that day. The waitress looked surprised when she saw us entering she was looked like she didn’t want to work. The drinks we wanted weren’t available and all the food was over cooked. After all, we left a good tip but we wouldn’t recommend this place. The reviews I saw through here I think were from the past...
