Crown fried chicken pizza and coffee shop — Restaurant in New York

The pizza is good. For a buck u can't beat it. Fries are great but chicken is a bit too greasy & dry many times. I don't b like left over chicken or chicken that been sitting there over ngt. Get it fresh or don't buy. The lack in customer svc. Untrained & because of lack of eng. Understanding they fail to get orders rgt. Only 1 person has it on point there. Horrible delivery time. Already 45 to an hr wait. I live e bl. From them. If uv are l8te 4ur pie they sell it 2someone else. They charge $6. Just for delivery for lousy svc & messed up orders. They need 2 wear later gloves when making the foods or serving the public....

This place is lucky to even have customer's and they how stay open is crazy...The walls have years of grease the employees are disgusting and bitter and the whole place just looks disgusting.

And yet , after attempting to place an order from they still managed to pickup the phone and be completely rude when I asked if they delivered. Was told that they don't deliver when I asked what time they start , he hung on me like I was garbage to him 😂😂

Horrible customer service skills over the phone. If you don't know how to take an order while serving guest who come in as walk ins then you shouldn't be working there.
