Kingsbridge Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've been a loyal customer to this coffee shop for over 10 years. I was upset to find out the coffee shop would have new management. For reference the former Kingsbridge coffee shop moved to Moshulo & it's called Moshulo cafe. The reason I had been a loyal customer to this shop was because of their great customer service, delicious food & fast delivery. I decided to give the new management a try. The first time I order they messed up my order & the delivery took over an hour. I'm not a difficult person so I decided not to complain also knowing the fact it was their first week. The food wasn't that great not bad but definitely not what it was before. Today, again they messed up my order, this time around I decided to call & ask for a replacement. Mind you this delivery had taken a little over an hour, I was hoping the replacement would be faster. I was wrong, after an hour of waiting, two hours since I first called for my order. I called & ask to speak to a manager so he could give me a solution to this problem. I was told by cashier Sammy that there wasn't a manager or supervisor. I asked when could I find the manager he said he didn't know because he has a crazy schedule. Then proceeds to say he's busy & to stop wasting his time in a very rude tone. To me this is unacceptable customer service & definitely not the way to talk to a customer specially if I haven't been rude to you. Definitely won't order from this place again. This is my second time ordering delivery and it took about an hour same as last time. The delivery guy claimed to “be there already“ but nobody was there. Waited for 30 minutes outside and then he finally showed up. He was extremely rude when asked what happened. He said he called many times but he only called once to tell me he was downstairs when like I said he wasn’t. He took absolutely no accountability and started blaming me? Best food on kingsbridge, better yet in the Bronx! You can't got wrong with anything you order! The home fries are phenomenal! I'm not sure what onion rings the guy below was talking about because they don't sell them, I know because I always ask lol. If they dont go upstairs to your apt its time to move because you must live in a bad area or you dont tip! If you take care of them, they take care of you.
