If you are rushing to take the train and want to grab something fast, forget about stopping here! This place is very uncomfortable to walk through. Everyone is disrespecful. You always have someone bump into you, get in front of you while you are trying to pay, and the cashier is always distracted talking to a customer or another employee with long conversations. When its time to pay, the cashier will take their time or will be talking to someone else, and when they acknowledge you, they will rush you. 9/10 they will have me repeat my order, and they will repeat it back and still get my order wrong. The cooks will take orders and have you wait until you ask if your order is ready to then start making it. Calling the place for delivery is horrible. When you call, you might need to call again cause either they won't pick up or they will have you wait too long. You can live right next door, and they will take a minimum of an hour for you to receive your order. This is by far the worst deli I walk to. It sucks because being that they are the closest to the D train you would think you they will have fast service. Your waiting time will be at least 15 mins if you are just grabbing something as...

Customer service over the phone is horrible. They close the phone when a customer explain an issue. Also, have very poor light in the front and when leaving, the door facing outwards it can cause shock to the person passing. That happen to me and probocate that the persona that hits the door threatens me with a knife. This use to be my favorite deli spot for sandwiches but now they're loosing they're touch. They don't put much thought or care into their food like they use to anymore. Too focus on money will make you loose all the care you put into things. Loosing all that care will result loosing loyal customers.
