Definitely have to give it a try to understand!! My co workers often go here friends and keep raving about how fresh And tasty the food was, So I had to go and give it a try for myself. I was not disappointed, I pass here every day when going to work and never really thought to stop, but now I make it a mission to try and get here as often as possible, much better than going out to eat and eating junk. The prices were fair, and I love the variety that they have. My coworkers and I now even call each other if we’re ever stopping by to ask if anybody else would like anything from this place. They are consistent, clean, and just really nice atmosphere all around. I’m so happy this place opened in my neighborhood! It’s soo hard to find places that make fresh and healthy food options! I had the Mediterranean Power Bowl with chimichurri dressing ( sooo much flavor ) a Dragon Dream smoothie ( the perfect blend of refreshing sweetness) and a ginger shot ( perfect pick me up). Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the fruits and vegetables they use.

The place itself is super clean and inviting, with a beautiful patio in front that’s perfect for sitting outside. The staff was friendly, and my order came out quickly. Definitely a great spot for a healthy meal or smoothie and not to mention they have puppy bowls so I’ll be coming back for sure...

It’s a new place in Rosebank and a wonderful addition to the neighborhood - a healthy salad and juice bar. They have salads, açaí bowls, protein bowls, smoothies etc; you can order from the menu or make your own which is nice. They have gluten free options as well.

I got avocado toast and it was a lot bigger than I expected for only $9, and dragon smoothie was amazing. I loved it, way above any of the expectations I have for a simple meal.

The stuff is so nice, the owner is right there, the atmosphere - everything. I am super happy to have it, and being that there are yoga and pilates studios just down the block I hope they do well.
