Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

Where do I begin??? Store literally just opened and already a failure. 1. SERIOUS language barrier. How you going to hire people who dont speak or undetstand English clearly, dont know the menu, cant make sound descisions with the ordering process or if an issues arise? 2. HOW you supposed to be open for a certain time in the morning and literally told after 30 min or 1hr after opening " nothing is ready yet." Especially if driving to work and relying on getting breakfast there on my way to work. Happened frequently which is beyond crazy. Plus you go to drive thru with no response after saying hello for 10 min. 3. Mess up order is consistent, and because lack of English you are being charged for high pricing that is incorrect. 4. Orders take 20 million years to complete. Unreal!!! THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED REGARDING A NEW STORE!!! I feel like if these basics are a problem, imagine the sanitary and handling of food...This must get reported if Wendys dosent care about customer feedback on a NEWLY OPENED STORE. Im in disbelief...There is no possible way this place gets HONEST good reviews, obviously flawed. Just read the bad...

Food - It's okay, but very inconsistent. I ordered the Takis meal with my friend, and their fries were completely coated while mine barely had any seasoning and just tasted like normal fries. It was very disappointing. The flavor on the fries was nice, it was similar to takis but more smoky? They also include a small bag of takis, and the sandwich was great. We got brownie batter frostys and I didn't really taste the brownie batter... it looks coated but they just put it on the edge. They also skimped on the fudge on my friends frosty, lol.

Service - Really slow honestly but they gave me everything I ordered and they have napkins out. They did not give me my receipt, though.

Atmosphere - It's a small place but it's pretty clean and it has a nice bathroom. Not...

Its newly open location and drive thru you can pick up your order that also has options available. If you order your food from the mobile app, you can pick it up from inside .
