KFC — Restaurant in New York

I give this place only one star because most of the time the staff are respectful and kind. But occasionally they get the order a little wrong or they forget to put something in the bag and I only drove away one time with out checking the bag. And since then it's a 50/50 chance the bag is missing something or something is incorrect but they fix it promptly. But their response and their attitude when they realize they missed something could use a bit of professionalism and care for customer happiness and satisfaction which would be great for the image of the KFC name. * An update to this review the ladies who worked on 11-19-2021 at 12 midnight are the worst workers I've ever seen they had music so loud thru the drive thru speaker where I had to yell four times for them to hear my order and I even asked them to turn down their music and they said no. And when I got to the window to get my food no one came to the window for several minutes but they were standing within view just talking and playing with their phones. Very rude and disrespectful people working here. This is by far the worst KFC anywhere on the east coast. I went through the drive up placed my order repeated my order 3 times get to the window and still was missing an item I told the cashier I had ordered 2 of one item so they told me to reverse my car and order again in which I thought was not fair because had he been listening he would have had my order correct then I ask the young lady for sweet and spicy sauce gives me a nasty look when handing it to me I said Thank you she just closed the window. I stop by occasionally because its right on Flatbush Ave, I drive home from work this way and get the occasional craving. Sadly 9 out of 10 times they forget something in my order, and it is the most frustrating thing in the world to get home expecting to eat something only to realize that it’s missing.

The resolution thus far has been “can’t you come back for it?!” No ma’am I am not gonna climb down 4 flights of stairs, get in my car, drive for 20 min for my mashed potatoes.. I just want them in my bag when I order them! 🤦🏼‍♀️😭
