Inside closes @midnight Cleaning Lady moping floor, floors wet w/no wet signs Cleaning lady had to tell cashier customer was waiting..... No welcome No smile When I ordered my sandwich, instead of taking my payment right away Littleskin girl who works station across from fries, walked over to register They both had a nice little giggle Making me feel like the giggle was about me Don't care if it was I was rushing for work Ready to smack the hell out of the both of them Really unprofessional & rude I had to ask " well, do you have the sandwich" Cashier " Yes we do" & hand her my credit card" as if she wanted me to wait longer on purpose. I watched the third lady make my sandwich. She was fast & on her job. She was putting my sandwich in the bag to hand it to me.when the light skin girl, who i can't see, working opposite from fries. Told her to put my sandwich down. The cashier wasn't paying attention. So that's why she was doing it herself. When I ordered my food I Specifically explained to the cashier what I wanted. I noticed the cashier was busy texting someone while taking my order. Low and behold she messed up my order. When I approached her about this issue she gave me an attitude. I immediately put her in her place by yelling out loud to embarrass her. Another customer came to my defense pointing out that she had given him an attitude when he previously ordered. The manager came to the employee defense by telling me I was creating a scene over a $3 burger. I patiently waited for my order. Once I got my order I requested a full refund. After getting my refund from the Manager I told her where she can put the food (where the sun don't shine). The next day I filed a complaint with 1-800-Wendy's.
