One of the plainer Brazilian Rodizios that I have dined at. Servers were friendly, although only 1 spoke English. Food was laid out in a buffet-style format.

The pricing is based on a per- pound-of-food pricing model. One takes a plate and fills it with whatever items and however much of it and then proceeds to the counter where it is weighed (minus the weight of the plate). The BBQ meats are priced higher if those dishes are all that you want and have at the time of each weigh in at the counter.

The customer is given a card with a unique identifying number the first time they go to the counter to have their plate weighed. The POS computer keeps track of all of the weight quantities and a final bill tally is given to the customer at the end of their meal.

Overall it was of not of the higher quality and standards offered at the more premium Rodizios and there were only 5-6 or so choices of meats. My bill came out to about $25 for the 3 plates I had in total. I would have been better of paying the $30 or $35 dollars that is charged on average at the more premium level, spacious and better ambiance venues. Let's not forget to mention the "premium-grade" Brazilian Rodizios in the area would have had at least 15-20 selections of BBQ meats.
