Let me say the food was good BUT the customer service needs mayor improvement. I ordered over the phone and asked how long for delivery the lady said about 1 hour, I said what about for pick she said âoh bout 30-40 minutes, but i already printed the ticket for deliveryâ I said âand? Just place it for pick upâ she spoke with someone there and told them as well it was for pick then said âokayâ I also asked what type of soda they had she said âorange and grapeâ I asked for orange. Then my husband goes to pick it up and they tell him the delivery guy already left, they offered no apology. When the food arrives they gave me grape soda and I called the restaurant and complained, first they lied said they gave me grape because they were out of orange but since my husband actually went in he saw the fridge full of orange soda. Then when I told them what happened all the lady said was âwell we are busy and she printed the ticket for delivery but didnât correct it since it was already printedâ I said so I guess Iâm not even getting an apology since you guys canât admit you are wrong, she didnât have much to say after that. Apologizing and admitting that you are in the wrong is a key in running a business, you donât even have to offer much after that. There were 4 girls at the counter and only 3 customers (including me) and they seemed completely lost and seemed clueless as to what they were doing. 3 girls seemed to be helping one customer while another was helping the other one in front of me at the same time that she was eating, right in front of the counter. She would speak to the customer and turn around to grab a bite. I mean, there were 4 girls, they can take turns to get proper breaks and still run the place smoothly. After waiting in line for an absurd amount of time, the girl who finally decided to help me, didn't seem to know their own menu and I had to change my order to see accommodate and make it simpler for her. The food itself wasn't that bad. The mangu was completely bland but the rest of the food was actually pretty good.    Read moreI went in here today and ordered almost $40 worth of food . The lady that was helping me took forever to get my order ready . I was in here for about 25 min which may not seem alot of time but is since this is basically a buffet type of place . When I got home I noticed I was missing food that I had ordered and seen that she had packed it up when I was at the place . My Bf went back to get the food and she stated that she never had charged us for that food so he said how is that possible if everything was there and you charged me for everything. Either way he was like whatever ill pay for it . Then she goes on to say its $6 and minimum for card is $10. He was like all I have is card ,you should make an exception because you messed up .
