Little Teriyaki — Restaurant in Newark

I have ordered several times and liked the food. Until recently the delivery has been fast and the food comes hot. Previous 2 orders were sent out as part of a multi-stop delivery and arrived cold. Most recent order for delivery I received a call from them after an hour to say my food had been sitting around for 30 mn waiting for me to pick it up. I explained that I ordered for delivery and had the delivery charge on my order. I was then told by them that they called and spoke to a woman who said we would pick it up. Only number they have is my cell phone and they did not call me earlier. Instead of owing their mistake they tried to pawn off the responsibility for their error with lies. No attempt to fix their problem was offered. They did offer to take my credit card info and they would send me the fool that had been sitting around. I told them to keep the food. It is really too bad, the food is good and reasonably priced but their delivery and lack of customer service will keep me from ordering...

I like this place the sushi and the pork dumplings are why I come here. The prices are reasonable and the food is always ready for me within 1-2mins from they estimate it to be done. So I know it's always fresh and I'm not waiting my time getting their on-time.

I've never eaten in, I only found out about this place post covid and dining in doesn't seem to be an option yet. But if they offer dine in I could be a decent place to eat, nothing special but certainly noting bad about the location.

Except parking, you have to pay which is not cool. But also not Little Teriyaki's decision so don't hold it...

I had been eyeing this restaurant and was excited to finally try it this past weekend. I ordered the teriyaki chicken though I was confused by the appearance of the chicken (it looked similar to a previous reviewer below). After eating the food I got very sick over the next couple of days to the point where I had to go to urgent care. I was diagnosed with food poisoning and given antibiotics.
