Worst costumer service I received in the DE area. Call few minutes after 11 to place our order and I was very clear about what flavors I needed on the wings. The gentleman who answered phone was not friendly at all. Secondly, he was not interested in hearing anything else because I could tell all he cared was to get the order placed. Since he didn’t clarify what I ordered, I repeated myself on the flavors I needed and I was very specific. I went to pick up the order @11:46, waited by the counter for about 4 minutes and I saw several of the employees walk by the cash register front counter area no one stopped to ask if I had been helped. I asked this other customer who was standing there if he is waiting to place an order or waiting to pick up. He said waiting to pick up his order. He went into say, I’m pretty sure there are employees working in the back but no one seems to want to come up to the front desk to help. One an employee did come, I told him I am picking up my order. Once my order was handed, I checked the order and asked the gentleman is this the dry Buffalo seasoning or the original sauce because I don’t see the original Buffalo sauce. He said it is the sauce. I paid and went to my car and checked again it was not the original Buffalo wings. I went back inside with my order and another person came to front and I told him I eat wings from Buffalo Wild Wings at least once a week and I know what I order so, this is definitely not original Buffalo sauce. He took the two boxes in the back and came back with the boxes and packed them into the bag. I walked out not happy because I know they weren’t mixed properly plus I had to take food to my daughter since it was game day at the university. I had to ask for napkins, wet wipes and my ranch because the staff was too busy to ask if I needs any. While some were attended to promptly and received adequate assistance, my specific table was neglected. While picking up my items, I noticed my bags seemed less full than they should. When I asked the staff about this, I was informed that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. I was still charged for this item. Had I not brought this to the attention of the staff, nothing would have been said to me at all.
I was offered another item off the menu, but no refund, or anything for my trouble. When I declined this offer and requested a refund for the item I did not receive, I was told this would take about a week to be refunded onto my credit card. I accepted this explanation and left.
It has now been nearly a month and I have not been refunded the charge. This level of poor service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
Update: Buffalo Wild Wings does not care. Contacted them two weeks ago and never received so much as a response. Luckily, my credit card company handled it for me. How can any company in 2019 expect to survive by stealing from their...
