after placing an order early online to pickup at 6:40 I arrived there around 7:20. when I asked for the order and showed my order on my phone the manager( at first Brian then he changed his name to vern. just like the cashier had on two different name bags) and said the order was already picked up. I told him there's no way an order could be picked by somebody else as I PLACED THE ORDER. he goes and tells me " oh , he knows the games going on because the order was already picked up". FIRST OFF, WHAT GAMES ARE YOU REFERRING TO AS A CUSTOMER WHO'S NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HERE AND ORDERS ONLINE CONSTANTLY" ALSO, "JUST BECAUSE YOU GAVE OUT THE ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE AND that's YOU FAULT DOESN'T MAKE IT MY FAULT!" He, AS THE MANAGER, wants to banter back and forth while I'm showing him the receipt and everything and he's just accusing me of some b.s. after I traveled all the way down here in the first place. I just place the order again(only because I know I'm right and I'm hungry), all the while him and the cashier are just talking b.s the whole time about me. this was a freaking HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I've never had to pre order a meal just for the meal to be given away to some else, then be blamed and shamed for it, and to also have to buy the same meal again while being talked about . that's the craziest thing ever. totally unprofessionalism...

It should be the beef was extremely chewy and rubbery the teriyaki or the sauce they chose to use for the beef it’s flavor was very bland, the California rolls were poorly done the rice was extremely sticky and gummy. They gave me a literal dot of wasabi the size of a sunflower seed, this meal was extremely poor in flavor. I definitely will not order from this place again I don’t think this is actual Japanese. Read morePoor customer service, smaller portions, tasty food! Went thrte recently and the owner or manager has poor communication skills when I inquired about a menu item! Also the owner or manager needs training in how to thank customers! Next, the portions at Sarku keep getting smaller and smaller but the prices are too high! Also, when ordering sometimes they answer the phone a d sometimes they do not, which is annoying! Lastly, Sarku did not have any redeemable cards available which could be used for a free meal down the line. This place is poorly managed! I do not recommend this place!
