Horrible experience. Chose the venue for a holiday celebration and we walked around the building from 850 til 925 trying to find an entrance and someone to let us in.The event said doors would be open ....it was not they were locked. We knocked over and over for 30 mins. We looked into the window and saw the venue but no one was inside for the listed event. When we contacted the organizer they insisted they just didn't unlock the doors because there was "less people in attendance" and someone would have to arrive the venue to let us in. It was more than 30 mins into the supposed event and there was no other guests. We decided to cut our losses and just leave so we didn't have to wait longer in the cold. We told the organizer and asked for a refunded considering they clearly canceled the event and had no intention of having an event. The organizer refused to refund the money for both our tickets and take any accountability for this experience. Merry...
