10/7/25: The lady working the front tonight was very rude. On the app, I tried to put stall #10 (the stall I was in) and it wouldn’t let me so I put #1 and it went through. The lady comes out and I see her looking, so I let her know it’s mine. She said “you’re suppose to be over there” I explained to her what happened and she responded “you’re not suppose to be right here,” mind you I’m still in mobile order pick up - I just said ok, thank you. My drink didn’t have much flavor, so to avoid her I went through the drive through. I told the man in the driveway and he said it wasn’t anything he can do, I said even an extra pump and then she jumped on “that’ll be 27¢.” I came inside and waited at the counter. The first thing she said to me was “you’re the one I just told 27¢,” I said yes but can I speak to the manager or the lady right there(M) - still very calm. She said ok, that’s still 27¢. She finally goes to get her and says “ still charge her 27¢ because she thinks just because she knows someone she don’t have to pay.” I don’t even know this lady, just that she’s brought out my order before and isn’t rude. I explained it’s not about the money, it’s about the customer service. She started going back and forth with me saying “ she just mad she has to pay 27¢, if you had an issue you should’ve just came inside the first time, I only jumped in because he’s new and don’t know anything, you’re the only person that’s said anything today, etc. Then a lady ordering said “ yeah, it’s her attitude, she was going back and forth with a man right before you came in” & got upset the lady said that. I got my drinks first and it was wrong so I told the girl that I ordered a strawberry lemonade and they gave me a regular one. She immediately caught an attitude and told me I had to pay for strawberries. I told her that I ordered a strawberry lemonade and she asked for my receipt (which charged me for strawberry) and she was infuriated. Takes my drink and literally adds a couple pieces of strawberry gives it back to me and just shuts the window. My sauces were wrong so I waited for her to come back to the window but she was in there acting like a wild animal who needs a rabies shot! Cursing about me being at the window and screaming that I need to move, so another girl came to the window and gave me what I needed. I told her that I heard everything that ignorant baboon was saying and she closed the window quickly. I can’t believe they have someone like that working there. Read morePart 2 of 2. After leaving Mcdonald's and their bad customer service behind,. We we met with equally horrible customer service at Sonic! This happened this past Friday night! This Sonic has employees walking around out of uniform, takes forever to receive your order, so don't order too much or you will have a long wait, and messes up your order or does not know what menu items are on sale!!!??? Yeah, really. But, getting back to this past Friday, hear an employee make derogatory remarks about a customer that was in the drive thru and further stated, that their a__ would have to wait for their order. When we finally got our order I asked for a bigger bad and some ketchup. The employee told me to look in the bag for some ketchup. Of course, there was not ketchup. And as for the bag,. the employee told me that they did not have a bigger bag or was the employee too lazy to get me a bag!!!???? DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SONIC, they do not deserve your business nor respect...
