HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE when i walked in on my lunch break, there was a lot of people standing in front of the counter, but we had no clue if they were in line or not. turns out the people were wither returning to complain about their order or just waiting in their order. the staff literally just stood there looking at us and never said " i can help the next person in kine" there was delegation to let us know where the line begins or where to stand to wait on your order being that it was so many people. i ordered my food at 2:18 pm an did not get my food until 2:35 further more there was an employee who was not on the clock yet that stood there and talked about how it is so annoying that it is too busy and too many people, and it get son her nerves and she said all of this while using profanity, there was an employee cleaning the door with a piece of tissue paper instead of a rag and he was not doing a good job because he was gossiping. the manager had no sense of urgency, he blended in as a regular employee that had no idea what he was doing. the staff had really bad attitudes and when i asked the manager why did it take so long to get my food he replied that he is under staffed. it's a new store!!! so how are you under staffed. what they should have done before opening is had a dry run with friends and family and a few of the residents in the community so that the employees could have an idea of how to do things and experience...

I just got food delivery and my Mexican pizza was oozing out all over the bag and inedible, my cheesy gordita crunch isn't even a cheesy gordita crunch!I straight up can identify what they gave me but the shell was also broken and oozing out. I don't not believe it was the delivery drivers fault because the bag was completely sealed, just with a giant mess of things I didn't even order all over! I ordered out because I'm not feeling well and didn't have the energy to make dinner, and now I'm just so frustrated and angry I could cry. Years ago when I had a car, they always messed up my order at the drive-in and were always rude about any substitutions or changes made to items, one time the manager actually screamed at me over a substitution that is available on their website and had been made at every other location I've ever been to (it was also when i was vegetarian, they DO NOT CARE)! Read moreI wouldn't have given them a star at all if I didn't have to. I'm pregnant and I was really craving Taco Bell and this is the closet location to me unfortunately. First the wait in the drive thru was almost 30 and inside didn't look any better and when we finally was able to place our order I realized all of the menu items are higher priced then all other Taco Bell's such as the $5 boxes are $5.99 and so on. That should be against the rules. While in the middle of placing my order the woman at the window told me to wait and started talking to someone else for about 2-3 minutes. When she came back I have to do my whole order over again. Ridiculous. After placing my order there was another 15 minute wait and the order was wrong half of my order was not in the bag I paid extra for the chicken and was literally given 2 pieces.
