Otherwise good experiences.
Not this time though. 9/18/2019 - approx. 8pm EST. Saturated and inedible meal. A phone call to the store turned south by a manager (Tyler) who needs to be trained again in dealing with returning customers who have had a very poor experience.
Management shouldn't be thin-skinned. Guess I spoke too sternly in tone even though my complaint was well articulated. When I offered a solution to what would make me content with my dinner being inedible, he told me I gotta meet him half way. Returning the poorly made and unbeaten meal, requesting it be refunded, and ensuring the cook is following the recipe wasnt meeting him half way it seems. Having had that meal prior, I can say with confidence that what I received was an abomination.
To "manager in need of retraining" Tyler: Try to Listen to the customer. Apologize for the inconvience. Solve the issue. Thank the recurring customer for bringing the issue to your attention. Follow up with the customer to ensure everything is resolved. You would do well to offer an additional apologetic kindness to attempt to retain business. . . AND FOR PETE SAKE - don't "with all due respect" them ever again. Something disrespectful ALWAYS follows that statement.
Sincere gratitude to the young lady manager who I requested to speak with. She is exemplary and knows how to properly handle such calls. Respectfully. I wish I had gotten your name and hope your talents and professionalism are...
Read moreNote: If four and a half stars were an option, I would have rated Seasons Pizza as such.
This evening, my numerous, close acquaintances and I ordered one and a half parties (sheets) of cheese pizza. Initially, we weren't sure of the amount we needed, but, when I called for help, the Seasons team member I spoke to was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction.
The ordering process went smoothly---excellent website although it lacked some pictures of certain desserts (but they're "coming soon"). Delivery was prompt, and the pizza was still fresh (and delish) upon arrival. We only tried the cheese pizza, but I would assume the decorated pizzas are similarly spectacular. We also purchased an order of cinna-bites which were somewhat underwhelming, but thats ok---can't win'em all. All in all, ordering from Seasons was a positive experience, just as I expected it to be.
A BRIEF NOTE ON SEASO-BITES: My acquaintances and I were very interested in trying the so called "Seaso-bites". We found the photo of the bright-orange looking niblets to be quite enticing. However, adding even a small order to our purchase was outside the budget. We would have liked if a free sample order were to be added to large orders like ours because the "Seaso-bites" appear to be such an integral part of the Seasons...
Read moreFood was good, and the inside looked great being freshly renovated. It's very clean and organized.
However, it took entirely way too long to get 2 slices that were part of my order. I ordered a cheese steak and fries for myself, and 2 slices for my son. After 26 minutes, and having finished my meal, my son finally got his slices. To me, being one of 4 customers dining in, with students on vacation, and what looked like a full staff, that is entirely too long for pizza. I used to work at Grottos and the oven time for pizza was 9 minutes. Their soda machine was also either not setup or missing syrup because the only choices were diet.
The tv screen menu had very small text, and plan on parking at the shopping center or pay at a meter because their parking is difficult to maneuver and there are hardly any spots. Still, it's one of the closest main street restaurants to the shopping center parking so that's not really a major issue.
Aside from those issues I enjoyed the meal. Could have been a high 4 out of 5 for me. I give stars based on my likely hood to return. For this...
