I am in the process of contacting corporate to see what legal recourse we have as my personal information was taken and is being used to harass me.

My husband and I had a horrible experience here yesterday with a very rude, apathetic employee who pretty much slammed a door in my husband's face. This employee gathered my information off my mobile order and has been harassing me ever since. She called me from multiple numbers calling me names, stating she knew my name and proceeded to recite my address. She then said to 'watch myself'. Management is protecting this employee and I believe they gave me a false name as she was not wearing a name tag and would not give me her name (they said it was Aleysha or something, it was mumbled). This person found my social media accounts and tried to spam them, and found my cashapp (which I don't even use) and requested $300.

Previous review: We've started going to this location when the cravings hit because they are so much better than the Belleville location. App always works here, always get our order right, and it's always ready when we go to get it.

Also, whoever works the lunch crew knows how to make the food right! They never skimp out on fillings and food is always hot and fresh. Night crew is the same way, but something about the lunch crew is just a tiny bit better lol

Opens at 9 but it’s 9:14 and no one came to serve me. Doors were locked and drive through was closed. I had already ordered on the app. I circle back around in the drive through and the lady is already talking to me with the dirtiest attitude. I cannot understand what she is saying but I can make up that she says to wait five minutes. I’m waiting at the window and she tells me a sentence that I can barely comprehend. She says “timer on window car back go” I don’t know what that means. I try to ask her to repeat herself and she just slams the window as I’m asking her. It took so much in me not to tell this lady off. I tried to talk to her in Spanish too because she was obviously Dominican but she refused and just kept treating me terribly, rolling her eyes and raising her voice at me. I’m literally still waiting for my food as I make this review. I understand she is trying to make a living but it is so difficult to understand people who don’t even try to make an effort. I’m 22 and I was born in Puerto Rico, just recently moved here and I make the effort to actually learn and speak English for my job that’s in the United States. I wouldn’t get mad at someone for asking me to repeat myself if they couldn’t understand me and then slam windows right in their face. The attitude has got to go. Staff was friendly, outside seemed clean. Food was okay.

Drive-Thru was a little slower than other drive-thrus I've been in recently. I asked at the window if they started making salsa verde sauce again, the green sauce, they replied... we have an avocado ranch? So I said, sure I'll try that. Then they replied, sorry we're so busy right with cars behind you I can't get you any, how about some packet sauces? I'm sorry, please do not entertain my sauce question initially if after you suggest an answer you won't follow through in getting it for me! And why is it my fault that since you have a lot of cars behind me, my experience is supposed to fall short?

I got the Mexican pizza that people have been raving about... whomp whomp nothing special about this, I would not get again!! Also got two cheesy gordita crunches (1 beef and 1 chicken) and they were so dry!! Something was missing, maybe the sauce on them?

Overall okay experience. Probably won't willingly choose this...
