This taco truck had delicious enchilada plates! SOO GOOD!! Chicken is nice and shredded (not in chunks like some lower quality trucks). And they have the fresh white Mexican soft cheese on top. LOVED IT! The service was very friendly and served with a smile. Enjoy! :)

Not sure why this place was given a 1 star rating, because the food carts we're closed? Since the carts are independently operated, the owners can choose when to open up. Besides that, this place is amazing. There is food from all over the world, and it is done so well by all the carts! Auggies crepes are amazing and their coffee is top knotch. I was thoroughly impressed. The tacos are also well made. The Thai cart is better than a lot of restaurants I've been to. I come from Bend and we have multiple food cart lots, and to me, this place...
