Always amazing service. Love stopping in and buying a little something just to keep these places around to research, fix games and the nostalgia. I'm a game collector that recently had to buy 3 copys of 2 seperate games online to play through the whole storys... They were cheap and got refunds on a couple but got tired of it and found a goof price on the final copy of second game here. Got it (lego marvel superheros, ps3, $10) and finished the rest of the game with no issues.

The previous copys from online showed extremely small and after buffing unnoticeable defects oddly after having some crazy success storys after cleaning games I thought were done for with disc rot.

Some things are a couple dollars more than I'd want to pay but again your paying for a live person, quick trades, returns, getting something today locally, building a...

For the fact that there aren’t retro video game stores on every corner these days, I will absolutely be back to give this place my business! They carry video games from most consoles from the past 30 years, Lego sets, funko pops, and more! Keep in mind they sell what they get so they might not have every game but I got 4 N64 games I really wanted! And yeah maybe I paid a few extra dollars on something but it supports local business and hopefully keeps brick and mortar stores like this around much longer. Sometimes you don’t know what you have till it’s gone people.

Updating for a second time, and changing my review from 1 stars to 2 stars, solely because I appreciate the professional response from the owner. Although I am a new customer to this store, I am a long-time investor of video games and consoles. While I am hesitant to spend my money here again in the near future as my experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I may give it another chance down the road. I would hope that they really can improve their training and customer service, as well as make their return policy clear...
