Cornered Escape Rooms — Local services in Newberg

My wife and I did the Loco Motive room at Cornered Escape Rooms recently and found it to be very well constructed. We were extremely impressed given that it is a new business and the only room that they have. The puzzles were different from many rooms we had done before and provided a fun and unique challenge. We completed it the room with just the two of us but it would still be engaginng with larger groups. AMAZING experience. My wife and I just did the Steampunk Train Room and it was an awesome experience. We’ve done several escape rooms in Portland, Beaverton, and beyond and Cornered is definitely a standout. The icing on the cake is the man running the show. He’s incredibly kind and very deeply passionate about his business and it shows. We will absolutely be coming back and recommend anyone living in Newberg or visiting the area to stop by...

Even tho the puzzles were challenging and fun, I do have to say that the acting skills weren’t good at all, and didn’t add any wow factor to the experience. Along with there only being two rooms. Some puzzles were also easily guessed, along with the “conductor” sitting in the room to continuously over monitor, as if we were gonna break something.

With all this said I suggest it’s overpriced for the actual experience...
