The couple who run this place are very friendly. I love the variety of goodies they have for us gluten-free folks. This is not a.dedicated.bakery, but my celiac did not kick in upon sugar--fluff consumption.
I called ahead and requested some things held as we don't live far, as the bird flies, but traffic males it a ninety, plus minute drive. We requested 2 scones, 2 chocolate crossiants, a huge cinnamon roll, 2 bearclaws, and a piece of German chocolate cake We agreed the crossiants were too sweet for us, but they are on par with the majority of what.ppl like for sweetness...think cupcake level. The cake had very sweet frosting but was a tad.dry. The cinnamon roll was also on the dry side, but that.may be.personal taste. The bearclaws were phenomenal!! We agree the drive was worth it for those alone. They were perfectly flaky, with a perfect subtle sweet filling. The blueberry scones were also flaky, moist, and delicious. The prices are also very affordable and reasonable. They have a rewards program as well, and my purchase of just over forty means I get a free goodie on my next trip.
If you live within a two hour drive and eat gluten-free, make the drive! Just be aware they close at noon on Wed and are only open Wed through Sunday, closing early afternoon the last three days, as most bakeries do.
There is free, two-hour parking right in front,...

The cinnamon rolls were tasty and the closest thing to a glutinous cinnamon roll I've tried in a while, but their white cupcakes have syrup and buttercream frosting, and the raspberry white chocolate scone?! Shut. Up. So good. Whole raspberries and the texture and flavor were amazing. I'll be bringing friends back!
Updated review May 2024: Still amazing! They regularly have GF Cheddar bacon croissants that are heavenly and flaky and everything you want. Can't go wrong with the chocolate croissants either. And my new favorite is the Bismark with dark chocolate gnache on top and FILLED with a vanilla cream that is š¤ so good! They always greet me with a smile and let me see the book of ingredients to check for allergens on new items. I have taken friends and brought items to events, where they also rave about the food. I often take special detours 20-30 minutes out of my way to grab some of this deliciousness....

The Gluten Free pastries are good and I liked to buy at a small location business. However, the customer service is terrible. Four times we have shown up after they are āopenā (per the sign on the door/their voicemail) and they are not only not open when you show up, but they are rude if you knock on the door.
I called and asked to speak with the manager or owner to let them know about my experience. She didnāt apologize and just gave me a poor excuse. I said itās not about not being ready when you are supposed to be open itās about the rude behavior and frankly lack of caring while I tell you about my experience.
We will be going back to New Seasons or...
